Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — including your name, company name, email address, and company profile details (capabilities, certifications, turnover, sectors). We also collect usage data (tenders viewed and matched, alerts read) and log data such as IP address and access timestamps, to improve the platform.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide the Praesis service, match your company profile against defence tenders, generate AI-powered briefs and readiness scores, send you alerts about relevant opportunities, process subscription payments, and improve our matching and AI models. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data isolation
Each company account’s tenders, matches, alerts, readiness scores, and briefs are strictly isolated and accessible only to authenticated users of that account. Access is enforced server-side based on your verified login session — never by a value your device sends.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the EU. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, and authenticated API access. Backups are retained for 30 days. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Third-party service providers
We share limited data with providers who help us run Praesis: Supabase (authentication and database), Razorpay (payments), Groq (AI-generated analysis), Resend and Zoho (email), and Railway/Vercel (hosting). These providers may only use your data to provide their service to us.
Cookies
Praesis uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing contact@praesis.in. We will process your request within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records).
