About Praesis
Praesis ("we", "us", "our") is a software-as-a-service platform operated by Praesis Defence Technologies Pvt Ltd, India, that helps defence and defence-adjacent companies discover, analyse, and track government procurement tenders. By creating an account or using Praesis, you agree to these Terms.
What Praesis is (and isn’t)
Praesis surfaces publicly available tender data along with AI-generated analysis, alerts, and readiness scoring. We are not affiliated with or an official channel of the Government of India, the Ministry of Defence, or any procuring authority, and we don’t submit bids or act on your behalf. Always verify tender details directly with the procuring authority before relying on them for a bid.
Your account
You must be 18+ and able to enter a binding contract to use Praesis. Keep your login credentials confidential — you’re responsible for all activity under your account. One account is issued per registered company; please don’t share credentials across unrelated organizations.
Subscriptions and billing
Praesis offers a free trial, followed by paid plans billed in advance (monthly or annual) through our payment partner, Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in INR, exclusive of applicable taxes. We’ll give at least 30 days’ notice before any price change affects an existing subscription.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel anytime from your account settings; you’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period. Full details on refunds are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Acceptable use
Please don’t: access another company’s data or account; scrape or systematically extract data beyond normal use; resell or share access outside your organization; upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with the Service; or misrepresent your company’s identity or eligibility for a tender.
Ownership
Praesis owns the platform, our compiled datasets, matching algorithms, and AI-generated analysis. Raw tender data originates from public government sources and isn’t owned by us. You keep ownership of your company profile data; you grant us a limited license to use it to provide and improve the Service for your account.
No warranties
Praesis is provided "as is." We don’t guarantee that tender matches, readiness scores, or AI-generated briefs are accurate, complete, or will result in a successful bid. You’re responsible for independently verifying tender information before acting on it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Praesis isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or business opportunity arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or fail to pay subscription fees. Certain provisions (ownership, liability, governing law) survive termination.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City], India.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continuing to use Praesis after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
